Back when Matt and Trey released the Spirit of Christmas, the South Park boys weren't the only characters introduced. A group of unnamed children waiting in line to see Santa Claus is also featured, as is a little girl sitting on Santa’s lap wearing a distinctive pink beret. Before there was Butters, Tolkein, Clyde, Tweek, Craig, Jimmy, Timmy, or even Ike Broflowski – there was Wendy Testaburger. Wendy is NOT a particularly popular character amongst fandom, but is the hate justified? Let's explore.
